Speech and Language Therapy services and treatment plans are determined based on individual needs, strengths, and goals. Please contact us to determine which services will meet your family's goals. Our nationally certified staff provides expertise in a variety of areas. This allows us to match clients with a specific therapist who specializes in an area that will best meet your needs! All therapists are state and nationally certified.

Language Therapy-Specialized programming is available for individuals with needs in expressive language, receptive language, overall developmental delays, and/or language processing. Goals include developing strong communication skills as well as increasing communicative confidence and reducing frustration.

Articulation Therapy- Treatment plans are designed for individual needs including apraxia, phonological disorders, developmental delays, and mild speech needs.

Social Skill Development- Individual and group therapy is available to address social language development.  Treatment includes promoting the carryover of skills to "real life" settings. Social skill groups are designed to be age and developmentally appropriate.  Our staff addresses the specific individual needs and work to carryover skills in the group setting.  Strategies and ideas are presented to the families when they are in need. Social outings have included trips to the bowling ally, holiday parties, and more.  Our adult social group strongly focuses on independent living and has worked on transportation, evenings out with friends, dating and relationships, post-secondary education and more!                                                                           

Language Needs for Individuals with Autism- Individual and group therapy sessions are available. Our SLPs are knowledgable in local autism treatment programs, including ABA and Floortime, and work collaboratively with therapists, family members, and local supports. Our staff is knowledgable about DAN! and the biomedical approach, dietary needs including the GFCF and SCD diets, and adjunct treatments. We have a strong family support network that can serve as a support for families that are new to the autism journey or looking for additional support and networking. Our Mom's Night off is a great chance for mothers to connect and share their experiences.


Academic Support
- Difficulties with speech and language can significantly reduce classroom success. We provide support for elementary through college age individuals to address language based needs such as note-taking, test taking, material review, and overall academic success.

Oral Motor Skills- Programs to improve feeding and speech are available. Focus is placed on the development of specific musculature needed to accomplish these tasks.  Motor planning and function is assessed and addressed. Vital Stim is available in appropriate cases!

Fluency- full assessment, treatment, and strategies available to address disfluent speech ranging from mild to profound

Voice Therapy- Programs to provide breathing support, vocal health, and reduce vocal abuse.

Aphasia and TBI- Individuals with TBI or Aphasia are fully assessed and set up with a treatment program to address needs based on infarct, symptoms, and strengths. Home care strategies are shared with the families.

Augmentative and Alternative Communication- Evaluation, use, and maintenance of AAC devices ranging from low tech to high tech, aided and unaided.

Consultative Services- Includes development and review of IEP goals, educational advocacy, classroom strategies, and support in the classroom, workplace, and "real world".
